The Giant Bicycle Company one of the largest global bike makers with road cycle markets across the world, selling Giant Road Bicycles in over 50 countries, manufactures the Giant TCR Road Bike Range. Giant Road Bikes have a strong and long presence in the Pro-cycle peloton and have scored a great number of successes with their innovative road cycle designs. The Giant TCR was first introduced to the Professional Cycle World in 2006 with the introduction of the Giant TCR Advanced Road Frame. Made from high modulus carbon fibre and Giants unique compact geometry, which was such a success that the UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) altered the requirements to allow frames like the Giant TCR with sloping top tubes. The Giant TCR Frame design has been copied by many leading road bike makers and has proved a great success on the Pro Cycle scene and amongst serious road cyclists
